I think it's disgraceful that Britain's finest (was) should have to use such cheap methods to enable them to recruit more Staff. Between The McCanns, and rounding up all the sex offenders from over 20 years ago , they must have spent well over £10 million . Aren't they also investigating the children in the
North Wales Homes.???

This Country is falling apart before our very eyes!! there is talk of a recovery and when the unemployed go down to I think 7%, he can afford to raise
interest rates , which will then affect mortgages and whether people will be able to pay extra, it's a vicious circle.

This is absolutely unbelievable. In response to a 20% cut to their budget, not to mention the funds spent on the "review/investigation" whatever they want to call it, it has come to this. The police are adopting the McCann method of raising funds.

Maybe it would be a better idea to actually start solving some crimes,they have 50000 staff plus extra support from outside 'contractors' so that should be enough to work out if the window was open or shut !

I really dont think they could help an old lady to cross the road anymore.

Naughty, naughty Lioned... or whoever put this thread up. I almost believed it verbatim. Cuddle cat is not mentioned only 'cuddly toys', mugs and notebooks. Bobby Bear is the only named toy. Yes it is amazingly dumb, and tacky... Why not policeman dolls who say ''ello, ello, ello, wot 'ave we 'ere"and then give you a whack with a truncheon?
