Liver Detox

Anyone tried it.I'm told milk thistle is also good.

Do you have to give up alcohol as that might be difficult ?

Thanks Krisy.As you know i have several gallons of homebrew to consume first,so thats a bit of a worry.

Fact is i have been having some health issues since a bodged up Hospital procedure left me with an infection that doesn't want to shift.

I think i need to cleans myself of some stubborn toxins so i may give myself a power flush but the wine does help to neutralise the pain so i have to find a happy medium !

Thanks cherry,i guess it is a matter of getting the right quantities as even good stuff will probably poison you if you eat too much.

I think i will have to substitute the wine for lemon juice and green tea for a few days and see how it goes.   

Try adding the milk thistle to the brew......well it is Christmas, isn't it!
