Katie Price has described her morning spent in hospital as her "worst nightmare".

The model was rushed for treatment and placed on a drip on Sunday, writing on her Twitter page: "Great in hospital on a drip."

She first mentioned she was unwell on Wednesday and Katie has now updated her fans to reveal she needs an MRI scan in the next few days:

Before being taken to hospital the 35-year-old, who gave birth to baby son Jett in August, tweeted that her symptoms were worsening, saying:


Katie hasn't revealed what's wrong but we do hope she's better for Christmas.

Lets hope she gets well,rotten thing to happen at the best of times.

My thoughts too. I'm no fan of hers but everyone should be with their loved ones for Christmas... where possible...

Indeed.She has four kids who will want her at home.

She looks much better now.Lets hope the improvement continues.
