Sky facing Regulator over contracts

All the Internet Providers have an 18 month Contract which you can't break , even if the Company is offering a poor service. This review is not before time , I had a terrible time with Virgin and turned to CICAS for help. They were marvellous , an adjuducator makes the decision, binding on both parties , but it is a free service so you don't have Legal fees. I won one hundred pounds compensation.!!!
That wasn't the end of it....I started to get letters from Debt Collection Agencies and Solicitors threatening Court action for P 131.95 current contract which I had never signed. The last Solicitor threatened to take me to Court but luckily , on the old Contract I had made a note the Virgin had collected the hub and box a copy of which was sent to the last Solicitor . They obviously took no notice because the next thing I get a 14 day Notice to appear in Court.!!! I picked up the phone and explained to the young lad , saying I would counter sue his Firm and Virgin if this "debt" was not cleared once and for all. I got a letter a week later saying the Firm was taking no action and had asked Virgin to delete the debt.
18 months is far too long a Contract , about time something was done about it.
