John Lewis Staff get 15% Bonus

Sounds a lot but I suspect their basic wage is not very high. I remember a well known Chemical Company(so well known I can't remember the name LOL)
were one of the first to give Bonuses, not a bad idea because it gives incentive. to the Staff.

I havn't read anything about it Badboy, do think John Lewis is expensive and like other Retailers they must be feeling the pinch.

I'm not surprised Badboy, Iv'e walked around their Store in Town built only a few years and it is well laid out , but expensive. Meanwhile the M & S Store is looking shabby and even the Food that they were famous for is mediocre.

I SAW AN ARTICLE IN GUARDIAN WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT JOHN LEWIS.,COMPLAINTS ABOUT UNDELIVERED/DAMAGED GOODS ETC.

BONUSES FOR JOHN LEWIS STAFF WILL PROBABLY BE DOWN BECAUSE PROFITS ARE DOWN THIS YEAR.

BONUS IS 11% THIS YEAR,JL PROFITS ARE DOWN FROM 343 MILLION LAST TO 300MILLION THIS YEAR..

PROFITS HAVE FALLEN OFF A CLIFF ,DOWN TO £56MILLION THIS YEAR,MAINLY CLOTHING SALES HAVE FALLEN.
ONLINE SALES ARE UP.

SAW AN ONLINE HEADLINE THAT PROFITS HAVE FALLEN 77%

john lewis has rebranded as john lewis and partners and waitrose has rebranded as waitrose and partners.

PROFITS HAVE FALLEN 99% AT JOHN LEWIS
