Well if this is not a licence to be promiscuous I don't know what is.!!! What about the threat of contracting a disease ???

Easy way out.....

In my opinion some of the decisions and recommendations emanating from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) should give cause for concern as to the make up of committees and financial input to the institute from the pharmaceutical industry.

They should be teaching them about precautions and sexually transmitted diseases .

When I was working P/Time in the NHS Clinics the girls could get free contraception and the morning after pill, the boys condoms, this was a few years ago. The boys used to blow up their condoms like balloons at the back of the Clinic.

It didn't stop the girls getting pregnant at 17/18 years old and getting brand new 2 bedroom Houses, all the benefits, free milk for the baby etc.

Britain has become a Nanny State Parenting has gone by the board .

Agreed kitti, they should be allowed to teach and enforce self respect and acceptable moral attitudes and reinstate corporal punishment if they find it necessary to reinforce the lessons learned.

This also applies to under sixteens, all part of the ongoing sexualisation of children imo
