Is this really necessary, ??? Most Surgeries have a couple of Doctors doing evening Surgery and an emergency would be dealt with by A and E. My Surgery has about 6 or 7 Doctors all day and have a system whereby the patient via a recorded message when you phone asks you to determine whether your appointment is urgent. If you consider it isn't your'e appointment is made for one or two days later, simple.
