Write/contact David Payne and ask him what the 'few things' are that he knows and 'considers pertinent and relevent to establish the material truth', about a 3 years old child's 'disapperance', in May 2007 in PDL, Portugal.

My attempt to get justice for Madeleine was through the Fund and my MP was marvellous, we reached a stage when we were advised by a Lord somebody to watch out for resignations of Directors which meant action was being taken. B***er me, the Conservatives won the Election and the dept we were dealing with was closed. We tried again with a new dept, no joy, Theresa May did not answer my e-mail herself, but her aide did , Cameron didn't reply , through whatdotheyknow I posed a question to SY, they said they couldn't comment but 6 days later the person I was querying left the Country. So you see, I'm a doer, not a talker
