Re: On Irish radio!
Discussing the 'neglect' which suits Team Pink...no neglect = no abduction

Re: On Irish radio!
First time that i have heard opinions that are anti Mccann live on air. Apart from Eamon all the rest agreed with the DJ that the Mcs should be charged with neglect if nothing more

I suspect that 'neglect' is their default position and preferable to other possible options.

Re: On Irish radio!
If her body is found they are to blame for her demise as they stated they went out all night and left her alone even though the night before she cried for them and she told them....they can't get out off that can they
They are responsible for what has happened.

Re: On Irish radio!
What Parents leave 3 children in a strange apartment, strange Country etc and thnk that is O.K. ?The McCanns never admitted that they did wrong and Kate has the audacity to say , "if a dead body is found we have to accept it". As Doctors they know full well that there will not be a body, it will be a skeleton so they are still safe because there is no proof about who buried it.

God help 'em if the body is found in a blue tennis bag with a pink blanket inside.

Someone had to dig a hole, there's a chance of many evidence traces being in the final or even temporary resting place...pink blanket, hairs, fibres, buttons, dna from the 'smithman' etc etc

Re: On Irish radio!
If they find a body then the McCanns could immediately be prosecuted for neglect leading to death, which I believe carries a sentence of up to 10 years. This may be why the McCanns are $#!tting in their pants right now. The statute of limitations for this crime would be much longer than simple neglect, which would have likely passed several years ago.

Re: On Irish radio!
That's why they won't find a body.....
This is being done with the full knowledge off the McCanns even welcomed by the McCanns.
They know there'd isn't a body there, they needed this done, there doing what Kerry Needham had done, something to disprove the death scenario so as to carry on this charade and get more money.

Re: On Irish radio!
They very well may not find a body, but that will prove nothing, except that there was no body in the areas they searched.
It cannot bring closure to anything - it would just be another avenue of investigation that led nowhere.

Re: On Irish radio!
But they seem to be going over old ground.
The beach as far as the dogs could go, was searched.
The waste land was searched.
The surrounding area was searched.
How can an ariel search help.
How can bringing in 'better dogs ' help, they've had the best off the best....they can't bring in sniffer dogs and pretend their cadaver dogs that would open a new can off worms regarding lots off cases either helped or solved by their Information ..so no dissing the dogs work, they were right simple as that and bringing in 'better dogs' and saying ....see, the previous dogs were wrong...won't wash.
Radar was supposed to be brought in In in 2007, why wasn't it then..money?
And why now?
Everything that Mark Harrison said should off been done in 2007 is being done now.
