The message and photo (described in the Telegraph article as "graffiti") and the accompanying article from the Telegraph (dated 11 June 2014) is available at www.mccannfiles.com under Latest News (scroll down),

It wasn't censored by the Media though Interested, that was the full message quoted.

While there is a picture of the "message" it does not form part of the Telegraph article which refers to the backlash from Portuguese locals. The article refers to the message as graffiti and mentions only that it contains allegations the McCanns were responsible for Madeleine's disappearnace. The Telegraph article does not contain the very specific message itself hence the conclusion that the message/graffiti was censored.
