Theresa May on the video section says what action has been taken.
What with the Border Agency fiasco, now this , she is not proving a competent MP for the Home Office , rumour has it she wants to be PM.!!
To add insult to injury, if you are prepared to pay £55 extra you can have your Passport processed in 4 hrs. !!!!!
A friend due to go to America this Thursday says her calls to the Passport Office are not being answered.
