I don't pretend to understand the who's who, but strange that much emanates from Syria yet Assad hasn't been seen or heard of for Months.

Perhaps he's been murdered by his bodyguards.

Nah, the Israelis did it. They are, apparently, responsible for everything else in the Middle East.

If Assad goes then we really do have problems! As in what will replace him

I think Assad has done a runner fuzeta.........he hasn't been seen or heard of for months . His wife is English , he was I think educated in England and has a fortune . His Country is in ruins , invaded by the likes of ISIS and other factions and he has no control over what is happening.
