Obama cancels meeting with Putin over Edward Snowden

I was reading the other day about the Ukraine and Putin's interference and the Author said Putin wants to build an Empire again like Russia of the old days. and the Government backs him which is why he is determined to bring Ukraine back to Russia as part of the old Empire. How far Europe and the U.S. will go to stop him is anyone's guess . the U.S. has it's hands full with the Middle East, but the European Countries do not want to get involved . It's clear the U.S. and Putin do not get along.
