Oh dear I think Ben Thompson will be hearing from men in suits. an interesting and correct observation though.

That estimated total of over 11 million taxpayer pounds is roughly 18 million Canadian dollars and the Government still supports the "search".  The writer is justified in asking why the search for Madeleine is given such prominence over other cases and at what taxpayer cost to the countries involved......and still no Madeleine, whose own mother refused to answer 48 questions regarding her "disappearance" and yet accuses Mr. Amaral of hindering the search.

Add the cost of Operation Grange with the millions raked in by the limited company and you have lottery figures.

Families of other disappeared people must be asking how can the McCanns be funded continuously by the Government, remain free to make millions through law suits, book writing and tasteless shop merchandise, yet are not asked to push the donate button themselves to contribute to OG.

It is criminal, one crime being supported by another.
