INTEREST-ONLY MORTAGE TIMEBOMB
BY JUNE 2017,MANY INTEREST-ONLY MORTAGES WILL HAVE COME TO THE END OF THEIR TERM,MEANING CAPITAL WILL HAVE TO BE REPAID,MANY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT.
SELLING OFF HOME MAY HAVE TO HAPPEN.

More gloom and doom from the scaremongers which sadly the slightly less intelligent will believe and lock themselves indoors until the happy fairy brings them a cup of tea and a fag.
Most policies will have an insurance to cover the Capital,those that dont will mature after,typically,25 years or so meaning the loans were taken in the early 90's when property prices were about 5-10% of what they are now so for most people just a case of extending the term for a few more years.
Dont think it will result in lots of home owners being kicked out on the streets as the B&B's are all full of Immigrants anyway.
We are probably all going to die one day,my mortgage on the tree house sapped all my resources thinking of selling it off cheap to the squirrels.

Doesn't matter anyway because long before that we'll all end up with our heads cut off.
