Why the Botched Burglary Is Such a Good Theory in the Madeleine McCann Case - Pat Brown
After saying she was finished with the case, Pat has posted this theory today (April 29, 2016). www.patbrownprofiling.blogspot.com
I shudder to think she has provided SY with a 'story' to wind the case up - make up a good story but ignore the evidence - just what "good"(?) defense lawyers do all the time.

One problem with that....SY and the PJ don't agree and what SY come up with doesn't match with what the PJ conclusion is...the crime happened in Portugal and whatever SY say or do, it don't matter and then we have the added
Problem ....the three burglars..do you think they are going to accept being labeled 'murderers'.....there not dead so I don't think so SO unless one or more off them 'accidentally' die then SY better find another patsy..a dead one at least with no family and a shady past.

If a child goes missing in the UK police usually do not expect a good outcome within say a couple of days apart from the Mathews case it has been proved since tia sharpenow we are expected to believe Madeleine is alive bla bla .why would this case change what they believe in other cases

Pat Brown's story does not take account of the cadaver odour in the wardrobe, the flower bed outside, the spatters under the tiles or on the walls. Does asphyxiation produce such fluids ? Where did the burglars hide in the flat ? Not the children's bedroom, not the toilet - didn't Gerry use that, so that leaves the parents room. I recall the apartment as being very sparsely furnished, not many places to hide two grown men. What about Kate's clothes and the red t shirt ? Were they cross dressing burglars trying on Kate's clothes ?
What about the scenic car, how did the alerts arise from that ? So they wore gloves (just like the ones filmed in the villa bedside locker, fancy that !) but forensic evidence will still be left behind, surely, it is not just finger prints people leave behind. Were they naked burglars or exceptional cleaners ?
Mrs Smith claimed Smithman was not local, appeared to her to be a tourist, are the three burglars not local ? How do three local burglars get out to sea far enough to dump a body to ensure it will never be found ? Did they burgle a yacht ?
Why do Scotland Yard consistently avoid any mention of the dogs evidence. It is the one thing that cannot be explained away. To explain it, evidence needs to be produced to show how the alerts came to be. They cannot produce such evidence, so they ignore it.
We know they, to this day, call on dogs for any investigation. They even brought some to Luz during their digs last year. So dogs are a very useful tool for them, just not THOSE dogs, the ones who have told us what happened.
If they do officially peddle this story as a conclusion to their multi million pound enquiry farce, it could not be at a worse time. The Hillsborough result this week has shown for once and for all the police do lie, they do try to cover things up and the public are absolutely right to question what they are told by the establishment.
If there is any hope of justice in this case, it will only happen when this farce of an enquiry is closed. As long as SY are at the helm, carrying out pretendy investigations and blaming Portugal for all that is wrong in the world, nothing good will happen for Madeleine.

Re: Why the Botched Burglary Is Such a Good Theory in the Madeleine McCann Case - Pat Brown
Pat's theory shows what any defense attorney will do - it's his job to dismiss all the 'evidence' any logical person can see - and "create" his own theory to confuse the jury and leave them with reasonable doubt about the Crown's 'evidence'.
I watched it happen during the trial of Casey Anthony. Despite overwhelming evidence pointing to her guilt in the death of her little daughter, her attorney "created" a scenario whereby she was found not guilty. Another case was the acquittal of O.J. Simpson - but don't get me started on either of these two.
A defense attorney doesn't give a rat's behind about "truth" or even the client - the only thing a defense attorney cares about is winning the case - for himself/herself.

Re: Why the Botched Burglary Is Such a Good Theory in the Madeleine McCann Case - Pat Brown
Just noticed that Pat Brown tweeted on April 29: "SY never spent time with the evidence, so it is likely their final explanation will have nothing to do with actual evidence either. #McCann"
