The court gave as evidence that the doctor, 49 years, abused the girls from nine local hospital and filmed some of pedophile acts with a camcorder.

Anesthesiologist A doctor, accused of 13 cases of sexual abuse on girls of between 10 and 12 years, was sentenced today in Bamberg (Bavaria) to three and a half years.

The court gave as evidence that the doctor, 49 years, abused the girls from nine local hospital and filmed some of pedophile acts with a camcorder.

Furthermore, also abused the children of families and friends in swimming pools in the forest walks sets, found the group of judges.

The doctor confessed to the crimes he was accused, thus saving the victims of the evidence in the hearing room.

The prosecutor had also accused the defendant of rape in two cases, requiring a sentence of four and a half years.

The defense, in turn, requested a suspended sentence, alleging that the doctor is submitted, however, a therapy to combat trends pedophile.

The judge decided, however, that a suspended sentence would be "insufficient" and that the outcome of the case would be "sentence of imprisonment followed by therapy" during incarceration.

The Hospital of Bamberg fired the doctor, once the case became known through revelations of children to parents about what happened in medical examinations.

These consultations were organized by the anesthesiologist, the pretext of doing a study on the ability of resuscitation of children.

The Court also decided to revoke the license of the doctor to the profession for three years from the date on which end of the term of imprisonment atone.

It just goes to show you that the sick bastards are protected.....

It's disgusting,3.5yrs..is that it!!! Dirty b*****D should be put away for life.He will only get out and re offend.Why o why arn't these sentences much hire.
