A federal warrant for International Parental Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on July 28, 2005. They are believed to have left the country and traveled to Indonesia. The child is Biracial. She is White and Asian. She has two small birthmarks on her upper left leg. The abductor may use the alias name Eva Damanik.
