Thanks Annabel I was curious to know who this person is and I suspect you have just found him.

The text messages must be disturbing the mccanns to such an extent that they have to call their own expert on the matter. If Kate had texted Gerry and said something innocent why make this fuss. I have always believed that there was telecommunications that couldnt be used prior to this case that is very damning. I do hope that Amaral has his own expert to challenge the evidence of this person called by the mccanns.

I posted on another thread that this might be something to do with the triangulation of mobile phones, when there was the report that someone wasn't where he said he had been.

The plot certainly does thicken. The moby records were already thrown out as inadmissable. So why are the McScum suddenly so worried about something that's already been ruled as inadmissable?

But you can guarantee the contents of those texts are on LP file and in England and Wales those texts would be relevant and admissible evidence. Remember in the transcript of the hearing, "British Police would have found it very difficult to charge the McCanns". Of course Almeida was referring to with homicide, but he clearly dropped it out charging would be a matter for British Police. I do not think what Almeida was referring to however is what they did with Madeleine. Neither do I think that is what British authorities believe either.
