Whatever the outcome...

... of this hearing, I would like to say, kudos to Goncalo Amaral, the only person on this planet to have the gonads to challenge the McCann's.

Many have fallen by the wayside cowed by the McCann's libel threats and too afraid to face them in a court of law. And we all know who they are!

But not Goncalo!

The McCann's threw down the gauntlet and, without hesitation, Amaral picked it up and threw it back in their cowardly faces!

Win or lose he will, by his forthright actions, cause the McCann's some very serious global damage to their already faltering credibility!

Win or lose, he is a giant!

Fair play to him. They tried to scare him off with with financial ruin but he stuck to his guns. It is also obvious that his PJ colleagues also want to put the record straight.

No matter what the outcome of this. Mr Amaral wasn't the only one who suspected them. A number of other police officers also did.
