This report is the initial response to the requirement contained in the International Letter of Request, submitted by the Portuguese Authorities with relation to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. This first submission of documents contains a total of 30 witness statements.

1. Page 41 (PJ Refª I) Statement by Brian HEALY – As discussed with the PJ, Mr Healy was suffering health problems and the decision was taken not to interview him This was registered as a police decision.
2. Page 43 (PJ Refª IV) Statement by Sandy (Alexander) CAMERON – He was interviewed on 15/04/2008 and a statement was obtained – see copy in Annex.

samples collected on 23/04/2208 and submitted for analysis to the FSS Birmingham on 25/04/2008. A hair sample was collected previously .
23. Page 50 (PJ Refª X) Statement by Jeremy Michael WILKINS. He did not agree to be interviewed on DVD but agreed to make a written statement. He was interviewed on 07/04/2008 . and a statement was obtained – see copy in Annex
24. Page 52 (PJ Refª XI)Statement by Jeronimo Tomas Rodrigues SALCEDAS
a worker from the Tapas Restaurant and who worked on the day of 03/05/2007. He was interviewed on 23/04/2008 and a statement was obtained – see copy in Annex
25. Page 53 (PJ Refª XII) Identification of the babysitters for the McCann children – these were identified as Janet KENNEDY e Sharon LEWIN, both interviewed and subject of separate statements contained in this report.
26. Page 53 (PJ Refª XII) Identification of the McCann family staff – these were identified as Sharon LEWIN and Hayley PLUMMER, both interviewed and statements obtained– see attached statements
27. Page 54 (PJ Refª XIII) Identified as a domestic worker of the McCann family – Amanda Coxon is employed to take care of the children and help with domestic tasks. Coxon is due to be interviewed and her statement will be the subject of another register.
