where was the mother, where was the father, where was the grand parents.

a neighbour who found him said what he saw was horrible, but even HE didnt have that much feelings, if it were me i would off been hysterical.

Little Ryan aged just 3, murdered by his so called carers, the women had an i.q. off below average and the man was an alcoholic.
