Murder of Meredith Kercher

With ALL the evidence against her and then she walks......what chance does anyone get if their relative is murdered.

Amanda Knox will speak in Italian to plead her case and the verdict will be decided by 6 lay Jurors and two judges. Apparently the Defence is claiming the
Forensic evidence is too small to make a firm diagnosis and the Forensic Team contaminated the scene.

Let's forget about the DNA for now.


I will state the rest off the evidence against Knox....the defence is using this piece off DNA and NOT the rest off the evidence as the DNA on the knife is the one that is less damning.


Let's start at the beginning...BEFORE Meredith was murdered.

Knox was bringing men back to the apt and not clearing up after her....and we are not talking about dirty glasses either.


Meredith stated to her friends that money was going missing from her room and she thinks it was Knox ......did Meredith confront Knox with this!


Knox's boss rang up that night to say he didn't need her to work ....did that annoy Knox, so much so, she implicated him in meridiths murder?

The third man implicated was known drug dealer around that area.....

1. At around 11.15 two people saw Knox etc walking towards her apt.

2. 2 neighbours heard a loud piercing scream around 11.30

3. No break in apart from a broken window which was found to be a false lead as the glass was found to be ON TOP off merediths belonging and if it had been a real breakin the glass would off been UNDERNEATH instead off ON TOP.....what happened it that room took place BEFORE the window was broken .

4. The police were given a phone belonging to Meredith and went round to her apt and Knox and co were already their......why didn't they mention the broken window to the police....why did the boyfriend, instead, whilst the police were their.....RING HIS RELATIVE WHO WORKED IN THE POLICE TO REPORT THE BREAK IN?

5. When the police broke down the door a friend asked.....'is she dead'....why did Knox pipe up and say.'off course she's fucking dead, she had her throat cut'....how did Knox know she had had her throat cut when Meredith was covered with a duvet and the police had to remove the duvet to find Meredith and they themselves didn't even know what had happened to her.

6. Why did Knox implicate her boss when she knew full well he wasn't their.


7. Why did Knox lie and say the police beat her And forced the information out off her.

8. Why did Knox do cartwheels In the police station .


9. Knox was seen at 7.00 in her local supermarket buying bleach etc, the owner said he recognised her even though she wore a scarf over her face apart from her eyes.....he said he recognised her from her piecing blue eyes and her American scent .

Now the DNA......Bloody footprint belonging go Knox
Blood on the tap in the bathroom belonging to Knox
Blood on a knife with knox's DNA on the handle...that is the bit they are disputing.....not
that it wasn't their but that their wasn't enough to convict


Now tell me, if you were a juror, would you Aquitaine?


The jurors were right In the beginning and the 26 years should be upgraded to LIFE.

Guilty as hell and what makes me mad is the prosecution weren't allowed to state this at the appeal....they were only allowed to talk about the DNA on the knife.

Also....the boyfriend said to a friend the next day....'don't want to go through another TRIP like we did last night ever again'....

By the way, all that in the courtroom today spoken by Knox, is bullshit.


Knox wasn't a friend off merediths.


Even merediths friends have said Knox is guilty.


It is merediths friends who have said she was fed up with the way knox used the apt.

Thanks a lot kitti for the synopsis, now I know what happened, NO i deinitely would not acquit her. But......and it"s a big BUT, the American TV Stations
are convinced Amanda will be freed today. Reporters from all over the World are gathered outside of the Courthouse, ABC Television even provided one
of their staff to babysit Amanda"s Sister"s children so she could attend the daily Court proceedings.!!!!!!

The question now is , how incorruptable will the Judges be?????? Apparently half the population of Perugia believes Knox is guilty, the other doesn"t. Will the Jury be able to make up their own minds and not be fazed by the responsibility they have with the Press camped outside the Courthouse waiting for their judgement?

The Americans can do spin just as good a Mitchell.


She was found guilty in the first trial , their is no reason to acquit her....if anything , she should be serving life from what she to this poor girl.

I would also like to know IF she gets let off, what will happen with the case italian police versus Knox....

And also.....Italian police versus Knox parents.


Dont forget....she isn't innocent if Aquitted.....the DNA wil be proven UNSAFE....don't forget that.

kitti,just announced.....Knox and Sollecito have bith given their pleas and a decision is expected about 7pm.

As that ITALIAN lawyer explained, under the Italian Justice System a person can be declared guilty on circumstantial evidence, but if the DNA evidence is too inconclusive, the charge could be dropped to manslaughter. The other guy sentenced to 16 yrs ......what was the evidence against him?

How can it be manslaughter?



They held her down and slit her throat.....that was no accident.


Let's not forget....when they left Meredith, she was NOT dead.....she died slowly, she drowned in her own blood.....if a stranger had murdered her do you think he would off thrown her phone over a fence taking away her last chance off survival?


A stranger cannot be identified.......a person known to Meredith can.....they let her die, alone and slowly.


Knox made damn sure that if she was alive when they left Meredith could not phone for help and could not identify her if there was the slimmest chance she could phone and tell who did that to her.



Just throw a duvet over her and let her die......


The third man admitted he was there....he said he went to the loo and whilst their Knox and b/f started an argument with Meredith and then he heard shouts and screams and when he went back into the room ...well you know the rest.


I don't think he killed her....I think Knox did And all the spin and hype won't change my mind.


It will be another travesty off justice aLong with the Anthony case.

I just watched a sky news report showing Knox and Sollecito giving their pleas. Amanda is speaking Italian and denying everything, pleading for the Court
to realise that she is not this evil woman everyone thinks,is completely innocent and begs the Court to believe her.

A sky Reporter outside the Courthouse was asked his opinion, he said at the Trial Amanda did not come across as innocent, this time she seems much
more believable. There are 5 women and one man on the Jury, I doubt the women will be hoodwinked by Amanda. It will probably be later than 7pm, the Jury are just going to lunch.

She's had 4 years off practicing to look innocent.....in between writing her memoirs ready for a book.

As I say kitti, lets hope Judge and Jury are not fazed by the Press and T.V. reportingand justice will prevail, there was mention of her being sued for Libel
by the Police, don"t know what that"s about.

Knox said the police beat a confession out off her....it was a lie.


Knox's parents are also being sued by the police for saying she was beat on a tv show.


Knox's parents have said this case has made them bankrupt......what's the betting IF Knox gets off they will sue the Italian authorities for keeping her in jail for the pat 4 years....you can see it coming can't you .

And don't forget, if Knox looses this appeal, she has yet ANOTHER chance to appeal her conviction.

More money for her lawyers.....


Merediths parents have said the conviction is safe and they were happy with the outcome.

The Media is convinced Amanda will be released , she put on a good act with her plea to the Court, especially in Italian. I think 5 woman will see through her and find her guilty, but the Judges might reduce the sentence to manslaughter

Yes she has been practising her speech for months.

That just means she wasn't meant to die after the sexual assault and throat slitting.
