Otherwise people wouldn't keep donating to the Fund? Since that is purely created to find her, everybody who donates must believe she can be found. Therefore she is alive -

Not my logic - just borrowed the incisive reasoning and accountability from TM.
Can some educated person help me with a suitable syllogism?

Gosh Tigger you must be an educated person knowing a word like that, I had to look it up in the dictionary questions answered before they are asked - Questions Answered Before Anybody Asked Them - Page 3 294124

"'Kate and I strongly believe Madeleine was alive when she was taken?"

As in she was never a dead child in 5A. An abductor wouldn't remove a dead child, only an alive one.

Which when you think about it is something strange to say! And they repeated this often!

yes indeed, they find themselves in a quagmire.
They would love to jump with the dogs reactions
and run with Maddie not being alive when abducted,
but then, explaining the hired car scent is a much
more difficult proposition! So, they are stuck with
Maddie being alive when abducted and any other
stance would incriminate them fatally.

Gerry Mccann: “(...) it was common for Madeleine to have nosebleeds."

"When asked if on any occasion Madeleine was injured, he (Gerry Mccann) says that he has no comments. When questioned, he said that he is the usual driver of the car. In addition to the deponent, the car was also driven by his wife Kate, his sister in law Sandy, and a cousin of Kate’s by the name of Michael."
"When asked if he has anything to add, he said that he has not seen any proof that his daughter Madeleine is dead, and therefore he will continue to search for her in the hope she is alive. He knows nothing more than what has been said."
"The defense lawyer said that he wishes the arguido to be asked again if Madeleine bled. To which he (Gerry Mccann) saidit was common for Madeleine to have nosebleeds. He says that he doesn’t know if infact his daughter bled while on holiday in Portugal, because he does not want to be influenced by the news in the Press, regarding the detection of human blood in the apartment where his daughter disappeared."

Kate Mccann statement 6th May

When she finished jogging, at around 5h20/5h30, she went to the TAPAS area. Gerry was there, as well as the twins and Madeleine who were having dinner at separate tables. Madeleine had been taken to the area by the nannies. Her parents were required to sign the register when the meal was over, at around 5h30. During the meal Kate asked Madeleine if she was sad because the other children in the group had gone to the beach without her; she replied that she wasn’t, but was rather tired. She asked Kate to carry her back to the apartment. Kate agreed, and Gerry led the twins back to the apartment, as well. Tiredness was due to the intense daily activities, not to any sickness.

Maddie DNA clue in airport bag News of the World

Traces found on fleece and stained jeans

By Dominic Herbert

A BAG of clothes containing DNA linked to Madeleine McCann has been found dumped by a road in Portugal. The white carrier bag was discovered in a layby two weeks ago near Faro airport, the News of the World can reveal.

Maddie's parents Kate and Gerry McCann have learned the bag contained a blue fleece jacket and a pair of adult jeans with traces of DNA that contained "moderate" links to the missing four-year-old. There was also a SHOWER CURTAIN inside.

Meanwhile, the bag, found by a passer-by, was sent to a UK lab in Birmingham for forensic tests. A leaked report showed experts concluded the clothes contained bodily fluid and traces of hair that could have come from Maddie.

Other items recovered from the bag included a white flannel, a green elastic band, a light green child's T-shirt with a green flower on the front and a pink and blue pencil case with a pink heart motif. A source said: "The bag could be crucial.

JT had to borrow Russell's fleece on 3/5/07 and indeed, as she said, she didn't bring jeans.

I'd forgotten about this bag. I wonder what happened to the report? (sorry OT)
