Can`t understand why Isabel Duarte isn`t barred from practising law when she flagrantly ignores judges` rulings.
So, the case against Paulo Sargento has been archived by the Public Ministry, yet she still thinks she can go ahead with it - the woman is mental - why doesn`t someone have a word with her?

It would seem to me that the books weren't returned in the hope that a later court case would withdraw the order.

Of course, if they can't return the books, then it stops being a civil case and starts being a criminal one - Contempt of Court. I don't know about Portugal, but in Scotland you don't get fined for Contempt of Court, you get jailed!

This is a link in Spanish, and it says "As a continuation to the judgment of the Court of Appeals of Lisbon issued the day October 14, 2010, in which the judges agree to declare from the appeal of Dr. Goncalo Amaral, we can confirm today that the judge has ordered the immediate return of the books in the possession of Isabel Duarte, lawyer for the couple."

If it's a "continuation" that would imply that it's not the same as before, so it does sound like something new.
