Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood has announced his engagement to theatre producer Sally Humphreys, and he’s obviously hoping for third time lucky as he’s been married twice before: first to Krissy Findlay then to Jo Wood. But Ronnie isn’t the only celeb who’s addicted to love. Here are some other serial spouses…

Zsa Zsa Gabor
American-Hungarian actress Zsa Zsa has been married nine times, and even shared an ex-husband with Liz Taylor (Conrad Hilton). She’s said of her ways, ‘Men have always liked me and I have always liked men’, and is currently married to Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt, her longest-lasting marriage.

Elizabeth Taylor
Hopeless romantic Liz married eight times to seven different men. The late icon married actor Richard Burton – considered by many to be the love of her life – twice, and many of her marriages lasted barely a year.

Richard Pryor
American comedy legend Richard Pryor was married seven times to five different women, and had six children by four different women. At the time of his death, aged 65, he was married to Jennifer Lee, whom he’d also married and divorced in the Eighties.

Billy Bob Thornton
Bad Santa Billy Bob has been married five times, notably to Angelina Jolie. The pair wed in 2000 but divorced after three years, with Billy Bob recently admitting that he ‘blew it’ with the Lara Croft star because he felt inadequate next to her.

Geena Davis
Oscar-winning actress Geena Davies has found love with plastic surgeon Reza Jarrahy, whom she married in 2001 and with whom she has three children. But before that she was married three other times, including once to her three-time co-star Jeff Goldblum.

Jennifer Lopez

Former weathergirl and Shooting Stars panellist Ulrika is regularly teased on the show for having four children, each by a different dad. She’s currently still with hubby number three, Brian Monet.

Not Born Yesterday wrote:They've left out Mickey Rooney - married nine times. He seems to have got it right with number nine as they've been married since 1978. I wasn't sure if he was still alive but he is, going strong at 92.

Zsa Zsa Gabor has been at death's door for years but she too is still here, aged 95.
