with sy yard working with the pj now -- wonder if the 15 out of 19 markers will come up ? -- correct me if im wrong -- because over the years so much whooshed and i forget -- but isnt 15 out of 19 markers enough to take to trial -- apart from portugal -- think someone on 3as said it was good enough in the uk -- germany and usa ?

In chapter 18 of The truth of the lie, this is explained in some detail, along with the phone call from Stuart Prior to the FSS in which he reportedly says that in the UK they could arrest someone with less.
