POLIO STRAIN 1 AND 3 HAVEN'T BEEN SEEN FOR SEVERAL YEARS,BELIEVED TO BE EXCINT,ONLY STRAIN 2 STILL EXISTS WITH CASES IN NIGERIA AND PAKISTAN, AREAS WHERE ISLAMIC MILITANTS HOLD SWAY.

My aunt had polio, she was in a wheelchair...we didn't see her that often..


Do they still have the polio and diphtheria jab?

Yes and many years ago when I took my boys for theirs it was given on a sugar lump. Unfortunately, the nurse decided I should have one too...but I didn't get the sugar lump...it was disgusting GOOD NEWS ON POLIO 294124
