No one believes this shit anymore.

These newspapers have one foot in the grave,people will turn their backs on the news stands if this continues.

There is really nothing much more can be said.

Dilemma - which option do I believe? "Child snatchers" or "Burglars".............LOL!!!

Just watching Sky news review of the front pages and its the Express claims this and the Mirror claims that,nothing to discuss,move on.

Can anyone begin to imagine such story lines continuing for another seven years.How stupid is that going to be. !

When does Leveson tell us what a wonderful press we have and we should be greatfull we live in such a wonderful democratic time for press freedom.

British police investigating Madeleine McCann's disappearance have asked their Portuguese counterparts to search the homes and bank accounts of three suspects.

A Scotland Yard team led by Detective Chief Inspector Andy Redwood made the request during meetings about new leads in the case with senior members of Portugal's Policia Judiciaria earlier this week.

Investigators believe the trio were workers at the Ocean Club complex in Praia da Luz, where the McCann family were staying in 2007 and were behind a string of burglaries in the weeks before Madeleine, then three, went missing.

Former Ocean Club worker Nelson Rodrigues, told Sky News Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt that employees at the complex would have had the perfect opportunity to snatch a child.

He said: "Yes, you could suspect (them). The workers there know the shifts and the hours when people are at home or not at home.

"It's waiters, barmen, people from maintenance, reception, the cleaners - it's a lot of staff."

In May 2007, when the McCanns were holidaying in the Algarve, there were some 160 people working at the family resort.

One expat apartment owner told Sky News that he had property stolen about a month before Madeleine disappeared and that others had been targeted.

He said there was no sign of forced entry at his property and he suspected that the thieves might have had access to a key.

The man spoke to British police 18 months ago - suggesting that their renewed probe has been focused on Ocean Club employees almost since it began.

Paul Luckman, editor of the expat Portugal News, has been following the latest developments in  the case.

He told Sky News: "It's alleged that they could be employees of Ocean Club, which puts a whole new light on it and that they're not, as we've supposed until now, a little group of opportunist burglars going round stealing passports and wallets whenever there was a window open.

"There are suggestions that this is slightly different."

Earlier this month, Sky News reported that police were hunting the three men whose phones were "red hot" after Madeleine vanished.

Mobile phone records show that the men made numerous calls to each other in the hours after Kate and Gerry McCann discovered their daughter had disappeared from her room.

Madeleine's parents Kate and Gerry are said to be "buoyed" by signs of progress in the effort to find out what happened to their daughter.

But it is unclear whether Portuguese authorities will respond positively to the latest request for help from the British investigation team.

Do they think they have Madeleine hiding in the wardrobe?

Insinuating that one off the employees is a child snatcher.

The last thing anybody bloody needed was a key or access to them. The doors were unlocked for crying out loud.

IF they were going to snatch a child, they would hardly use mobile phones which could be traced back to them

I did say last week we have to put up with all the new fawning McCann 'stories' in the Madia UNTIL the final court judgement.
Which i believe to be 7th Feb 2014.

So only another 7 days of the bullsh*t to go.

I thought they weren't allowed to look into bank accounts and phone records in Portugal .



But I know a country that can.



Perhaps Portugal has passed on this information to SY for them to look into.

If MW do NOT 'sue' what will that tell us?

Anyone know if their holiday 'bookings' have dropped off as a result of the madia 'onslaught' on their Ocean Club 'reputation'?

Who's going to book with MW when the UK Madia are stating that there is a '90% chance' of being 'burgled' in a place crawling with 'undesirables' lurking on every street corner?

Maybe they'll hire CR and Angus McBride to represent them IF they sue the UK madia over 'reputational damage' to their brand.

The sheer IRONY of that, will not be lost on anyone!

Yes it is possible that employees would know that McCanns were leaving kids unattended since they made a huge POINT of having to have special dinners catered to them to allow them to do so.

It almost sounds like he's saying that all the staff are crooked - certainly many of them do have keys.

Wonder why they'd bother to crawl in the window? Especially since the doors were all unlocked...

Great for Portugal tourism. And for Ocean Club.

It's good for the burglars to know SY wants to search their homes. That will give them time to get rid of anything that may still be there 6 years later... I wonder if they'd have a cadaver dog in to have a sniff around?

Speaking of 'sniffer' dogs, how would the McCanns 'react' if one of the twins were to play 'hide and seek' and could not be found?

"where are the dogs? where are the 'sniffer' dogs to track the child?"

If they DID bring in a cadaver dog and it alerted in the garden or the basement of one of the suspects, I wonder if McCanns would think that was just silly and never mind.

I have a feeling they'd be mum while the diggers got busy uncovering whatever was down there.

Talking about thieves, I wonder if Scotland Yard ever tracked down the pick pocket who stole flatheads wallet at Waterloo station. Plenty of CCTVs to check. Answers on a postcard.
