O 24Horas anunciou hoje que um novo retrato robô foi divulgado na Internet por um canal de televisão norte-americano, que produziu um documentário de 50 minutos sobre o desaparecimento da menina inglesa a 3 de Maio de 2007.

A True TV enviou a Portugal uma equipa composta por um médium, uma perfil profiler e um investigador de fenómenos paranormais, que colaboram com o FBI na resolução de crimes.

Os ‘repórteres’ conversaram com ingleses radicados no Algarve e percorreram diversos locais por onde pararam os McCann. O resultado foi um documentário no qual a equipa defende a tese de rapto, seguido de homicídio de Maddie, e apresenta um retrato robô do presumível responsável pelo rapto: um homem, «possivelmente pedófilo», com características árabes e uma idade entre os 36 e os 42 anos que actuou sozinho.

Maddie nunca deixou Portugal

Trata-se, pelo menos do terceiro perfil do suposto raptor de Madeleine McCann a ser divulgado. Segundo a equipa, o homem seguiu de perto a rotina de Maddie no Algarve durante alguns dias: «Vigiou-a, observou-a, ouviu-a rir no restaurante e tirou-lhe fotografias a partir do telemóvel». Depois esperou a oportunidade para entrar no apartamento 5-A, pegou-lhe ao colo e levou-a para um apartamento, presumivelmente localizado no Burgau, e identificado na reportagem.

Aí terá acompanhado pela televisão a campanha lançada pelos McCann. Antes de se decidir pela morte de Madeleine. Uma morte silenciosa: «sufocou-a com uma almofada».

Alinhando pela tese defendida por Kate e Gerry McCann, em oposição, por exemplo, à tese de morte acidental defendida pelo inspector da PJ Gonçalo Amaral, a equipa de True TV defende que Maddie foi raptada por um pedófilo: «Entrou no quarto e levou-a enquanto dormia profundamente».
