Get ready for a tax on wooly jumpers -- clicky little cold fingers


The bitter winter afflicting much of the Northern Hemisphere is only the start of a global trend towards cooler weather that is likely to last for 20 or 30 years, say some of the world’s most eminent climate scientists.
Their predictions – based on an analysis of natural cycles in water temperatures in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans – challenge some of the global warming orthodoxy’s most deeply cherished beliefs, such as the claim that the North Pole will be free of ice in
summer by 2013.

According to the US National Snow and Ice Data Centre in Colorado, Arctic summer sea ice has increased by 409,000 square miles, or 26 per cent, since 2007 – and even the most committed global warming activists do not dispute this.


Lest we forget that Obama and Brown and another 100 or so of the world leaders and their wives kids 'bagmen' and miscellany hangers on had a nice midweek break in Copenhagen last Spring at the 'Global Warming' summit where they tried to strike the fear of God into us all by telling us the polar ice caps were going to melt if we keep driving our gas guzzling cars down to the shops to get our groceries.And if we dont start using those light bulbs that are dimmer than a labour cabinet minister we are all going to die in the floods.

Global warming or Global control of the masses ?

Good God Lioned. do I detect a seditious attitude in your post? Are you disagreeing with Gordon the Great? Shame on you, as if our proud and noble leader would be so disingenuous and shallow as to try and suppress the truth, open dialogue and free thinking here in the land which over the centuries has given so much for the rights of free men everywhere.

In truth Brown is a devious, unscrupulous, sick parody of all that a real Labour Prime Minister, indeed a Prime Minister of any political persuasion, should aspire to be, He is a callow, bloated failure who fell into post by stealth, deceit and subterfuge. A shambling, talentless bullying oaf who is at best a disgrace to his Race, his Party, the country and the post which he holds.

I myself believe that we are in for colder and longer winters....why? Because if Brown, just for one moment, thought Greenhouse gasses were a viable option he would tax greenhouses, cloches, conservatories and possibly spectacles!
