Woman accused of leaving 6-year-old son home alone while she went for a long drive

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A woman was accused of leaving her 6-year-old son home alone at night while she drove to a city an hour to the east. Authorities said the 39-year-old mother drove to Medina late Wednesday, and the boy called 911 when he woke up early Thursday and became scared when he could not find his mother.

Authorities said the mother told deputies she couldn't sleep so she went for a drive.

The woman was charged with felony abuse or neglect of a child, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison upon conviction. Her bond was set at $1,500 cash.


I bet that's why kate and gerry never took the kids to america they would be banged up before their feet could touch the floor if they left the kids alone at any moment.
I bet thry are thanking whichever god they believe in this week that it didn't happen in america because they would be doing serious jail time as would their friends

I cannot understand the Oprah McFawnfest considering the above shows how America deals with child neglect and imo quite rightly so. If anything imo the O show did not achieve what they imo desire and that was making in America.

There is an obvious moral to this story and others like it....

Don'T: Abuse, Neglect, Abandon or Lose your kids unless your name is McCann and have an army of spiv lawyers and government mouthpieces on your payroll.
