Paul, from Dibden Purlieu in Hampshire, was 27 when he disappeared. He was last seen leaving the Grosvenor Casino, Southampton at 11.25 pm on 8 February 2000. Paul told the doorman he was going to jog home, however he did not arrive and there has been no sign of him since.

At the time of his disappearance Paul was working at Asda in Southampton and writing a novel, the manuscript of which he had with him when he went missing. This has not been found.

There is great concern for Paul’s welfare as it is unlike him to be out of touch for so long and his family is desperate for news of his whereabouts. His mother says: “Paul would always ring if he was going to be late... He had plenty of plans for the future. None of us can understand how he could have disappeared without a trace and we are all extremely concerned.” They urge him or anyone with news of Paul’s wellbeing to get in touch.
