MOODYS DOWNGRADES CREDIT RATING

Moody"s has downgraded Ireland"s Credit Rating from BAA3 to BAA1, just short of Junk Bonds on fears that recent EU rate rise will affect inflation.
House Prices have fallen 30% since 2007.

Standard and Poors has upgraded Ireland"s credit rating to BBB+ three steps above Junk status , considered an open and flexible economy. The
ECB has been buying Irish and Portuges Bonds with a lower interest rate.
