I HAVE IBS

Hi Lioned does your son have good times and bad, my son seems to have it bad on certain occassions, Im just hoping now that he has finished Uni (he has just finished doing a Masters in Engineering and the work he had to do was incredable, so I do think stress has played a big part because until he started his degree he was ok.
What diet does your son find works for him? I was told that if you stop all white (bread, rice, milk) and high fat foods then after a month slowly introduce one item at a time to see if you react.

Some do see blood with the condition you have.
