Is There a House of Cards?
Do all the revelations in the phone hacking scandal mean that there is a lot more to come out about a lot of people. Could the Mccanns be a part of the house of cards? Will this be the "left of field" which people seem to think will be their downfall?

I hope it is what will happen because then Cameron cannot have SY return a whitewash.

Re: Is There a House of Cards?
The real story here is not that they hacked people or who they hacked,IMO it's the interview they did which kitti had brought over on another thread about how they manage stories - come in and give the content to the writers, the only bit that is true is the beginning then it is all lies and the ending is based on how they want the reader to view it.
That is not responsible journalism to say the LEAST and if they did that with McCann story it would be huge news.
I think Murdoch and company will be scurrying to bury this as fast and as deep as they can so the content of their stories doesn't start entering into it. They'd like it to stop at "we had some dodgy practices" and not "we tried to bury the prime minister in sleaze to influence the election" or "we cooked up the abductor stuff and vetted a series of stories with Clarence Mitchell and in fact let him write the stories he wanted or to provide quotes from LE and family, in order to have the McCann scoops appear in our paper"
They never did one bit of investigative journalism - I could name three bloggers who have done more than the Murdoch "journalists" that area moaning about their lost jobs.
