No one can deny that the phone-hacking cops are going about their current inquiries with vigour.

The arrest of ex-managing editor Stuart Kuttner means there is virtually no editorial level at the News of the World that hasn't had its collar felt.

Those who've suffered the indignities of finger prints, DNA swabs and mugshots also include two editors, a deputy, an assistant editor, a news editor, two reporters and a freelance.

I don't know who was the office teaboy at the time, but he had better watch out.

Strange but the lowly workers who just melt into the background are often the ones who hear and see most during the course of their duties.
