A 'pageant mom' dressed her three-year-old toddler up as a PROSTITUTE for a beauty competition. The little girl, Paisley, can be seen on tomorrow's episode of Toddlers and Tiaras taking off Julie Roberts' streetwalker character from the film, Pretty Woman.

In the video on Radaronline.com, the toddler is dressed in a clinging Lycra dress, wig, full make-up and thigh high PVC boots, in scenes that will sicken many parents.

One appalled mum - whose own daughter was competing in the same pageant - goes on camera to express her shock, saying: 'I would never, ever do that to my little girl. Ever!'

The show faced a barrage of criticism last week when a four-year-old was shown dressed as Dolly Parton, complete with fake breasts and padded out buttocks. Some outraged viewers have even set up Facebook groups condemning the programme and calling for it to be taken off air.

This has to be one of the stupidist and most dangerous tv shows ever to come out of the U.S.

Yep, it's sick. That poor little girl looks ridiculous parading up and down, she should be having fun like a child should be. So sad.

i have watched this programme on Sky and couldn't believe what these "mothers" put their kids through. There were girls of 3 or 4 crying their eyes out because they hadn't been voted "Miss Little Sunshine" or " Miss Perfect Smile". What the parents put them through is nothing short of child abuse. Some of the mothers had had their kids teeth "fixed", professionally whitened and these are children whose adult teeth haven't started to come through. there was one mother who whitens her childs' teeth every week despite the fact that she has been told by an orthodonist that the process is ruining the child's teeth and will harm the adult teeth waiting to come through. This is being done to 2 children one of whom screams the place down because she doesn't like it or the taste.

It is absolutely appalling, what kind of mother wants to parade her child as a prostitute? However I am probably a killjoy but I disapprove of all baby shows etc etc using small children. To my mind all babies and small children are (or should be) the most beautiful child in the world to their parents. Having your baby come nowhere in a baby show must make any parent feel their baby is not beautiful enough. I would ban all these kind of events if I had my way.

Before I looked at the video and realised that it was a little girl, I actually thought it was a photo of a doll. It's freaked me out a bit.

I wonder what the girls' Fathers think of all this as their Mothers' clearly don't see the danger?

On the programme, some of the fathers go along with the mothers and support the pageant. However one father did express horror at spending over 26,000dollars on a birthday party for a 6 year old!!!!!

Sick! These kids will grow up mentally scarred because they've had to deal with rejection in such a public way, hardly going to help their confidence is it?

There's a clip that comes on sky with the stupid mother saying 'I'm just preparing her for celebrity life' the child in question is about 6?? Her mother gets her spray tanned and stuff. Appalling!

It sickens me that these girls don't have appropriate role models. When I was growing up you wanted to be like Mo Mowlam or Germaine Greer or someone like that. Now the only ambition seems to be an X-Factor contestant, a glamour model or a footballers wife. That's prob what they need the boob job for!
