That would be about right, they probably rented the domain name on the 10th, then did the coding and uploaded it the next day. Wasn't NSU incorporated on the 9th, that is maybe where they got the idea.

Infohost last accounts (March 2009) had stock value at £350 and Net Assets of only £17,698 (a small company by any standard (having run companies myself).

Incidentally they are currently late filing the March 2010 accounts.
