Eddie Gibson

Age at disappearance: 19


Eddie Gibson went missing while travelling in Cambodia. He was last heard from on 24 October 2004 when he sent an email to his parents from Phnom Penh.

In the email Eddie said that he was planning to travel to Bangkok, Thailand where he was going to catch a flight home to England on 1 November 2004. When his parents went to meet Eddie at the airport he was not there. He has not been seen or heard from since. Although it is possible that Eddie may have since returned to the UK, his current whereabouts remain a mystery.

There is great concern for Eddie's welfare and his family and friends are desperate to find out what has happened to him. They just want to know that Eddie is safe and well and urge him to make contact with someone to reassure them of his wellbeing.

Eddie, from Brighton, East Sussex, is 6ft 1in, slim with short fair hair and blue eyes. Shortly before he went to Cambodia, Eddie was studying at Leeds University.
