Charles has been missing from Kelowna, British Colombia, Canada, since 26 May 1989. Although born in Canada, Charles lived in England and had been visiting friends. He speaks with an English accent.

His family are greatly concerned for his whereabouts and urge anyone with information to call the charity.

Charles is 6ft tall, of medium build, with dark brown eyes and receding, brown hair. He has a tattoo on his left arm.

Charles Horvath-Allan, 20, is missing

He was traveling through Canada beginning in 1988. He kept continual communications with his mother, Denise Allan, back home in Great Britain. Charles spent a lot of time in Canada with his natural father and Godfather. He was enjoying his tour of Canada and soon it was time to fly back home.

In a planned get-together, Charles sent a fax to his mother detailing flights to Hong Kong, where they were due to meet
to celebrate his 21st birthday and her 40th. He's never seen nor heard from since. His mother has been desperately searching for her son since. Twenty one long years of false leads and searching that no mother should have to endure. A burial site prepared and waiting for the return of her son's body.
