This tragedy is perhaps one result of open borders here in the UK. Just how many and how thorough are the checks that are made on the character of immigrants? I'm not suggesting that an indigenous UK resident wouldn't commit such a crime, because we all know they do.. even doctors can be of suspect character... but why the need to import such evil people? There are plenty of Nurses unable to find employment here in Britain....but they would need to be paid appropriately for their knowledge and skills.........enough said, rant over.
