Whilst I have only skimmed the comments on the above - I think almost 90% are Pro-McCann'. What's happened there? - Previously there have been a mixture of comments but this seems to me to be really weird............ maybe I've missed the alternative comments in my skimming..............

There one or two and they are quite recent. It will be interesting to see if they are still there tomorrow night. Should be a good test IMO.
The rest are sickening. How must Kate & Gerry have suffered. Hang on wasn't there a small child that went missing? Madeleine was it? Most of these lovely folk wouldn't even know how to spell her name correctly sadly.

good morning all,
i've just hopped over to the daily mail comments,
they are very pro and extremely sick making posts,
i didn't have the stomach to scroll through them all tho'
they have obviously been carefully culled by mitchells elves,
either that or all the anti mccanns have "turned".

Old article

So why did Madeleine McCann detectives ask so few questions after major breakthrough?

Re: Comments on The Daily Mail 05/12/11
You know, I have long suspected that a lot of the comments on certain articles are put there by DM journos or paid stooges because you get so many that say exactly the same thing. Then a couple of days go by and you get a more mixed bag of comments coming through. It is as if the mods only allow the paid stooges comments through to start with and then they give up once the article has become old.
I see this on certain articles on particular celebs. ALL the comments for a day or so are ridiculouly fawning and then after a while more normal people come on who obviouly haven't a vested interest.
The story seems to have vanished now from the DM website. The commenst were probably all from Clarrie pretending to be Mary from Newcastle or wherever.....

Finally the voice of reason on the DM comments
".......I think we all need to come together and start petitions etc. to have her face plastered onto the walls of every airport, train station, border crossing etc. ...................... - Lucie, Surrey, >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Lucie, I think you mean well but you must have been staying indoors for the last four years. There WERE posters of her plastered at every airport.....and so on. Earlier this year I saw her image still being played (with others) on a loop at Rhodes airport. Please do not understimate "the public". Even those of us who are disturbed by the McCann's behaviour and attitude have still been on the alert for the little girl. (A petition for what, by the way, not more publicity surely?)

Re: Comments on The Daily Mail 05/12/11
It is understood files being re-examined include a report by a British stag party group who were in Barcelona that a woman asked: "Are you here to deliver my new daughter?"
One of the Britons approached the woman — aged between 30 and 35 — after seeing her pacing up and down anxiously outside a bar.
She repeated the question twice and was later seen in a heated conversation with a man.
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/3980376/Maddie-McCann-cops-jet-to-Barcelona.html
as if... as if ....an abducted child would be handed over in a popular bar ...with so much attention drawn to yourself...hopefully it is not believed just a process of elimination ...were eventually... SY will come to the conclusion maddie was not abducted....
i am gobsmacked though the sun is allowing comments they never have in the past ...

comment in the Mail.
It is surely doubtful that the "paedophile gang" referred to would be in the business of supplying 'new daughters'. If they did that they wouldn't be referred to as paedophiles...

less 90% more 99% The Daily Mail does not allow criticism of the Rothley family...you have to be very imaginative with the words to get a comment on and then hope the other readers can see what you are meaning. To day the online Sun is actually taking comments, this must be the first time in oh what 3 years - must be something to do with the McCanns gripeing about the news of the world raping Kate over her diaries.
Its all known as the UK freedom of speech they will print it as long as it is what they want the public to read!

Well done!

"amazing dogs! they reassure us that it is safe to fly on a "clean" aeroplane, they pick out drug smugglers at our borders, they locate trapped people in earthquake sticken buildings, they pick up the scent and locate missing people and objects, they can locate a cancer, they can warn of an impending diabetic crisis.... and yet they have been rubbished as unreliable by a couple who "lost" their child on a holiday... but then, they were a cadaver sniffer and a blood locator..."

seems to me the hackers are at work ...to get any anti mcc post removed....the beauty is though ...we bother them more ......than they bother us with there pro mcc posts...because we are not part of the cover up
i couldnt be bothered to report a post ...because i know what i believe in is right ....and it shows the mentality like when u see them post ......it must be awful for them to wake up every morning ...with out maddie.................
and they are the ones who believe maddie was abducted .......an i think yes and what about maddie waking up every morning what is she waking up to .....think about maddie the innocent one ...
they dont if u notice ever mention what maddie must be going through ....because the majority of the time they either dont care ...or they are part of team mcc ....carrying on the cover up for the mccs ...

Re: Comments on The Daily Mail 05/12/11
IMO I think the red tops are trying to be good at the mo, its more to do with the levisons Inquiry and the Mcs performance there, they will be going with the majority, by not allowing negative comments about the two child neglecting doctors.
Im sure the Papers are just biding there time, they know just like us whats going on, I dont believe that ALL Journo's are as thick as they make out and believe that the Mcs are innocent.

Some badly-informed ones on there as well:
Christine
I am confident that the right decision was made to re-open this case. There has been no evidence to suggest that Madeleine has been harmed.
