If you are obsessed with Madeline McCann, please remove yourself from my friends list. Ghouls that tweet about this poor child and spam this and other social networks with their accusations, counter-accusations and theories just sicken me (and I assume most other politicians).

Which is kind of rich seeing as she is an MP for the Government who is paying for a £3,5 million review!!!

Mind you, this is the dozy bint who
a) cannot even spell Madeleine's name correctly and,
b) thinks that the Govt can just shut down twitter at a moment's notice, because a few chavs are rioting in Hammersmith, and
c) thinks that she speaks for most politicians.

Dear Prime Minister,
I am writing to you to pass on the sad news that one of your MPs, Louise Mensch, is publicly denouncing and disassociating herself from anyone who is, in her words, a ghoul obsessed with Madeleine McCann.

As someone who has instigated a £3.5m Metropolitan Police review into the McCann case, an act which might well, by her standards, be considered a tad more obsessive than just tweeting one's own theories, I suspect that you have now lost Ms Mensch as a friend.

This information may well be useful to you when you are working on the next cabinet reshuffle or sub-committee appointment list. It would be all to easy to put yourself in a difficult position when assigning a role to an aspirational MP who didn't see eye to eye with you to such a degree.

As I didn't know this lady, I went to wikipedia and they say she is also an author( maiden name) and write "chick lit novels". I found this definition:

Not surprising she is supporting her collegue in fiction, Kate Mccann.

Isn't it irritating that these people (she isn't the only politician) feel that they can have an opinion on the case without reading the files. Or are they just pandering to what they think the masses think (but the masses do not).

I don't know where this quote is from, but if it's from Facebook then why can't she remove the 'friends' from her 'friends list' herself? Isn't that the way it works? If she needs people to decide for themselves whether they're "obsessed with Madeline MCann" then she needs to provide her definition of what 'obsessed' is, so that we can fall in with it.

The "...and I assume most other politicians" comment, taking credit for other people's thoughts, suggests that she doesn't know her fellow politicians very well. She'd need to have a lot more clout than she's got now for them to bother to register what she's saying.

Just edited to add that this message is about Louse Mensch, not you Parmalam. Reading it back it looks like I'm aiming it at you, but I'm responding to the pointless comment by the 'chick lit' author.

Yes didnt she state it under Parliamentary privilege and was so certain of her facts she wouldnt repeat it outside of that. Aha just grandstanding, someone else who obviously thinks we are not allowed to think for ourselves and have an opinion which differs to the Mcs. Hi Tanzi, I had no idea who Louise Mench was until you mentioned Parliamentary privilege......I remember something, she is quite young and

It certainly would help to make sense of the never-ending nonsense spouted by Team McCann and their followers to be on drugs!

According to Wikipedia, Ms Mensch is married to the manager of Jimmy Page, Metallica and the Red Hot Chili Peppers so she still moves in drug friendly circles.....
