How did Matt react when you entered his apartment with his key on Sunday evening to check on his daughter while Matt was inside with his tummy bug?

To Jane:
Did you hear Rachael snoring when you listened at her window on Wednesday evening to check on her daughter?

To Rachael:
Didn't it feel odd to watch a group of children at tennis on Thursday when none of the group's children took part but were instead out on a boat trip at the beach?

To Fiona:
When you collected Maddie together with Kate from the creche on Thursday at lunch time, was she as drenched , cold and wet as yourself from sailing on the rough sea?


To David:
How did it feel to get thrown in the deep end when your buddy claimed that you checked on his daughter on the WEDNESDAY alone inside the apartment?

Why did you say to Kate at the dinner table on leaving to do your child check "I'll check on Maddy for you", why didn't you say "I will check on your children for you"

To Jane: How did you know immediately upon seeing Gerry talking to Jez that he had already conducted his check? If you are indeed psychic, as it would so seem, I am sure that Kate and Gerry could use your skills to help find Madeleine.

To David Payne why did you say you saw the three children in 5a ready for bed when Kate says you didn't enter the Apartment.

Also to David Payne. How come you can't remember what Kate McCann was wearing.

DP about the children "The three children were all dressed in their pyjamas, they looked immaculate, they were just like angels, " "I can't remember exactly what, what the night attire, what the children were wearing but white was the predominant colour, but just to reinforce they were just so happy"

DP about whether could recall what Kate McCann was wearing "I can't, no."

Kate said she was only dressed in a towel at the time of this encounter. Hmm David..

To Jane T., you claim in your statement to have been sat at the Tapas Table when Kate McCann was talking about how long Gerry had been away from the table doing his check on the children, you even recall what Kate said., Yet you then go on to state you left the table aprox. erm, 5 mins after Gerry ?? ......

To kate: why did you say you never gave it a 2nd thought about Maddie asking "why didn't you come when me Amelie the twins were crying last night" but was talking to one of your Tapas friends about it over dinner that night?

To kate: why do you in your interviews say you never searched for Maddie that night yet in your bewk you say you were searching through hills and jumping hedges searching for her?

To kate: why did you remain silent when the police came and not speak to them? why did you do a rather bizarre chanting on your knees twice when the police came? why did you say you would take a lie detector test but change your mind when asked to take it? why did you say you would stay in PDL until Maddie was found but came back to the UK? why won't you do a reconstruction?

to jane tanner: why did you identify robert murat as the man you saw with the child when you saw him inside a police car who was wearing glasses, yet your sketches of this man that you approved had no man wearing glasses? why did you bring up that football comment in the C4 documentary but never said anything in your statments about it?

John McCann why did you give up your apparently well paid job so quickly. Gerry - how did you know that Madeleine wouldn't be found in the short term or indeed in the hours following her "abduction". Top K & G - what was it that was so funny on your exit from church on your daughter's birthday . Are you still "friends" and in regular contact with your mates from the holiday
