A 29 de março, o tribunal adiou novamente a sessão inicial para hoje, por Gonçalo Amaral ter pedido para ser ouvido através de videoconferência, de acordo com a explicação avançada na altura por um dos advogados intervenientes no processo.Ausente dessa sessão esteve também o advogado Marcos Aragão Correia, residente no Funchal, que terá feito pedido idêntico ao Tribunal de Faro, obrigando a que o julgamento fosse adiado pela segunda vez.

Defamation of Gonçalo Amaral begins to be judged

Just checked Joana's blog and nothing about today yet. Praying that 2012 is the year that brings justice for Maddie and exonerates Dr Amaral.

Off topic trying to find out which other dog was with Buster in the Suzanne Pilley case. Gilroy guilty and no body. Be very afraid to diss the dogs. BBC at 1pm news never mentioned the dogs. Cowards.

Have I misread this? I thought Correia was suing Amaral, not the other way around!!! Isn't it to do with e "torture" of Cipriani which the Police rejected
saying she fell down the Stairs and Amaral backed them up. I thought Correia got an independent witness to say Ciprianos' injuries did not result from a
fall and it is Amaral who has postponed the Trial twice. I hope I'm wrong.

Thanks Oldartform, but I do remember Correia saying he was going to challenge the theory that Cipriani got her injuries from falling down the Stairs .Who is the Guy with him then? Odemira Ana Maria Calado is a witness for Correia and she was the Doctor who examined cipriano and said her
injuries were not from a fall downstairs., as far as I recall.
