Price of fuel supposed to be dropping maybe by five pence, but will this be passed on to
consumers? some garages may leave price as it is until they are sure there wont be a strike,
after all they will make a lot if people panic buy again so it pays them not to drop the price
straight away.

Chiropodist
So many people rely on their cars to get to work, leisure pursuits, visiting families,
shopping etc., that for many they are an essential item and not a luxury and some are
having real problems in filling up their cars with these high prices.

Slightly off topic, but how can Osbourne justify his promise of £10 billion to the IMC for supporting the failing Euro and the catastrophes caused by the depraved greed and indifference of world bankers and politicians, yet remain completely uncaring to the overtaxed population of the UK existing in fuel poverty?

Dont know where you got that Badboy but only grumblebollox is going to believe it.If you live in Devon and commute regularly to East Fife then i would say you might as well stay at home, otherwise i suspect the same 20 million or so commuters will be jumping in their cars on monday morning looking forward to another week in the office so they can pay the mortgage and buy their kids chrissy pressies.
