Abduction scenario

“The abductor went into the garden area, entered through the unlocked patio doors and went to the bedroom, where Madeleine was asleep. A car could have been parked nearby.”

This timing would fit in with a 9.15pm sighting by Jane Tanner, one of the McCanns’ holiday group, of a man walking away carrying a child in his arms.

So Gerry was not busy talking with JW at that time, right in front of that apartment???

How the «abductor» managed to get into that apartment using patio doors without be seen by Gerry? Am I missing something here??

I just can't believe what I'm reading in all those papers... They manipulate facts to fit with their theories.. It's a shame..

Yes, the 'abductor' is apparently able to add 'toilet listening' to his roll call of crime.

But his friend Matthew Oldfield went in the apartment 10/15 mins after jane tanners abductor sighting and saw nor felt anything suspicious, even though the window and shutters would have had to be up with the wind blasting through the apartment to match kates statements & Tv interviews for 10pm

You really weren't expecting that a former respected Police officer read the witness statements of the case he is commenting, right? And I really mean a former respected Police officer and not a respected former Police officer.

Gerry went in first & he could see Madeleine(light enough?)Matthew couldnt see Madeleine(dark?) although he could see the twins breathing & Kate said it was very dark as she couldn't see madeleine untill the door slammed & the curtains whooshed...so we have light-pre window/shutter open & dark post abduction with window/shutter open...did they muck up their lines here?

Wasn't that a hindsight observation after the release of the police files when it became apparent that the abductor only had 2-3 mins to break-in, snatch and get out to fit the timeline.

Hiding in the apartment was definitely mentioned as a possibility. And also hiding lurking in the stairwell if I remember correctly. Can't buy these myself at any stretch of the imagination.

I could be mistaken but in GA documentary, he highlighted that fact so it has to be BEFORE the Files were released..

Or the Files were released before GA documentary?? I am confused

I've just been reading Ian Horrocks worked on the Jill Dando case led by Hamish Cambell. So they're all intertwined. We should not be shocked that they're all singing from the same hymm sheet.
