Apple cider vinegar is wonderful stuff! On the advice of my mother-in-law I used it when I was pregnant. A tablespoon of cv and a teaspoon of honey in warm water every morning first thing and no morning sickness at all!

A SURGERY IN SURREY HAS POTENTIAL PATIENTS QUEUEING OUTSIDE AT 6.45 IN THE MORNING,THEIR PATIENT LIST HAS EXPANDED BECAUSE OF NEW HOUSING,SO PATIENTS HAVE TO BOOK 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE,A BIT LIKE MY SURGERY.
