Fiona Phillips Empty Fiona Phillips

Post  kathybelle Fri 26 Oct - 0:18

I've just been looking at the newspaper headlines, on the Sky News website. One of the McCanns staunchest supporters and fellow child neglector, is on the front page of the Daily Express. Apparantly she is blaming her school, for turning her into a vile teenager. From what I've seen of her, she isn't a very nice adult.

Fiona Phillips told the McCanns, not to blame themselves for leaving Madeleine alone, on the night she disappeared. She told them that when her boys were small, she and her husband, took them on holiday and they too, left them sleeping in the hotel, when they went out for the evening.

She was just a vile teenager. She chose how to behave.

Hi AnnaEsse

I wonder how much Fiona Phillips was paid for spouting this rubbish.

If the school had turned her into a vile teenager no young person at that school would have escaped its influence. There must have been some young people at that school who took responsibility for their own behaviour.

Fiona Phillips Empty She blames the school for her only getting one O level?

Post  comperedna Sat 27 Oct - 13:06

The education you get at school is only partly the outcome of what you get taught or offered there. What about the pupils own efforts, behaviour, work etc!!? There are other reasons for only getting one O'level! She has always struck me as a vacuous airhead. If you have only worked enough, or indeed been clever enough, to get one mingey exam its not surprising that the staff suggested hairdressing. (Mind you if you set up in business on your own as one of those you need to know how many beans make five!) Telling her teachers she wanted to be a doctor, with that record, and being told in return that hairdressing was more suitable, was some teacher being realistic with regard to her demonstrated efforts and proven success! Crushed her ambition did they? Methinks the silly biddy doth protest too much!
